Most people who come to this site, are no doubt aware that most of the photos on here are for sale. There are a couple of exceptions for legal reasons, but at least 99% of the photos on this site are available for purchase.

However, sales of photos alone doesn't keep this site online. Our traffic costs are constantly increasing, with traffic regularly hitting 70 gigabytes per month during racing season.

One way to ensure the site continues in it's present form, is to donate with PayPal.

Until further notice, I'm having a special on hi-resolution .jpegs, these are 8.2 megapixel, full original quality, and suitable for printing to A2 (and larger) sizes. As of December 15th, high resolution files are now up to 10.1 megapixels.

Normally these photos cost $50 each, but for the forseeable future, they'll only cost you $40 each if you order 2 or more. Thats 20% off the price of each photo.

Round 1 of the 2010 Night Masters series, held at Wanneroo Raceway, was run on February 20th.



The Night Masters events run a little later in the day than traditional circuit racing events, with qualifying usually starting around lunch time, and several races run under lights. The program usually finishes up around 10pm.




The next round of the 2010 Night Masters series will be held at Wanneroo Raceway on March 13th. More information can be found on the WASCC's website. You can check out all the photos from the first Night Masters round for 2010 here.

The Perth Motorplex's Hi Tech X-Treme events have evolved from the 4, 6 and Rotary events of the past and now cater for not only those vehicles but also late model EFI V8 powered vehicles. These events provide an opportunity for owners and fans of Hi Tech vehicles to compete against other vehicles of similar construction. The Compact Extreme class caters to ANDRA competition type vehicles of Sport Compact origin. Phil Pursers new 2JZ-GTE powered R32 Skyline is an example of this type of car.

The ANDRA Pro Series Top Alcohol and Pro Stock Bike championships visited the Perth Motorplex on the 29th and 30th of January 2010. John Cannuli defeated Adam Marchant in the final of Top Alcohol while Phil Howard took home the point in Pro Stock Bike, over the Hogs Breath sponsored bike of Michael Gilbertson.



In Top Comp, Jeff Clarke, also sponsored by Hogs Breath Cafe, ran a 5.969 second pass in his BB/Dragster, well under the national record.

Motorvation 24 was held over the weekend of January 16th and 17th, at the Perth Motorplex in Western Australia. Over 800 cars packed into the Motorplex pits for WA's biggest modified car show.



The Miss Motorvation competition is only a few years old, but is definitely a crowd favourite. This years winner was Samantha Schoers.



RAWR was one of the invited feature cars this year, and came straight from Summernats in Canberra to appear at Motorvation.



The Miss Motorvation finalists travelled in style in this stunning 57 Chevrolet limousine.



George Separovich was on hand in NUTTR, keeping the crowd entertained with some impressive burnouts.

The 8th and 9th of January saw the running of the second of two rounds of the ANDRA Pro Series Top Fuel Championship to be held in Perth this season, with 7 Top Fuellers taking to the strip. Phil Lamattina not only top qualified, but took out the meeting, defeating Phil Read in the final.



Most of the teams elected to leave their transporters at the Motorplex after the previous meeting in December and after this meeting, all 7 drivers indicated their intention to return next season if a similar schedule is presented.



A huge crowd packed in to the Motorplex grandstands and in turn, were treated to a great nights racing from all the classes, not just Top Fuel.
